The National Air and Space Museum’s “Apollo 11 Moon Landing” exhibition opens in the Arts and Industries Building. The exhibition contains items connected with Apollo program space flights, including a “lunar rock box,” lunar space suits, a lunar landing module identical to those used in the Apollo program, and other devices used on actual flights or in training.
