The Office of Telecommunications film, “Dream Windows: Reflections on the Japanese Garden,” wins an Emmy Award for cinematography at the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences awards ceremony on September 8, 1994. Laura Schneider, senior producer, and Foster Wiley, director of photography, attend the ceremony and receive the award.
