Delich promoted to Deputy Director of OVS
Kristi Delich, client services manager for the Office of Visitor Services since 2015, has been promoted to OVS Deputy Director. She has been responsible for overseeing volunteer management, training and communications for visitor programs.
In her new role she will manage the day-to-day operation of the OVS visitor services and volunteer management programs; continue to train public-facing volunteers at the museum information desk; and assist the Director in strategic planning.
Delich supercedes Michael Rubin, who served as Acting Visitor Experience Manager since July 2017.
