Results from the 2018 Employee Survey are now available
Earlier this year, you were asked to complete the 2018 Smithsonian Employee Perspective Survey (SEPS), and I am pleased to report nearly two-thirds of you participated.
The Institution-wide results of the survey are now available for your review on the Smithsonian Organization and Audience Research (SOAR) website. In the near future, SOAR will also provide unit-level results for all units which had 20 or more respondents.
I am grateful to everyone who took the time to take the 2018 survey. The SEPS plays a vital role in the management of the Institution. It is one of the best ways for Smithsonian leadership to gain insight into what is working at the Institution and where we need to improve.
Thank you again for participating and for everything you do on behalf of the Smithsonian.
