Postal Museum visitation reaches half-million milestone

The National Postal Museum has reached a record milestone with more than half a million visitors. As of mid-September, visitation stood at 504,123 and is on track to surpass 520,000 in FY 2018.

Equally important is the quality of experience being provided to visitors. By all metrics, the Postal Museum has have reached record-level scores across the board on the issues most important to our visitors.

Moreover, visitors have taken notice. Word-of-mouth endorsements and public reviews of the museum continue to be nothing short of excellent. In fact, TripAdvisor now lists the Postal Museum as #41 of 493 things to do in Washington D.C. and Foursquare ranks the museum #6 for history museums in Washington, D.C. Similarly, Google, Facebook and Yelp reviews show 4.5+ star reviews by our visitors on a consistent basis.
