Ann Leven uses the first ATM machine at the Air and Space Museum

July 14, 1986 A newly installed automatic teller machine in the National Air and Space Museum is placed in operation. It is the first of three machines at NASM, the National Museum of Natural History and the National Museum of American History to be installed, entirely coincidentally, near the museum shop entrances.
