Secretary Bunch encountered some special volunteers recently when he welcomed visitors to the Air and Space Museum’s newly reopened Udvar-Hazy Center.

    • Hello! Great question. The screen is located at the entrance to Udvar-Hazy Center. The person who is answering questions can be anywhere, depending on the needs of the Smithsonian. What the viewer is seeing is a virtual background!
