Maggie Stone is taking her analytic expertise to the Federal Reserve

After 20 years with the Smithsonian, Policy and Budget Analyst Maggie Stone of the Office of Planning, Management and Budget has accepted a position as Senior Corporate Governance Specialist in the Office of the Secretary of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve. Her final day with the Smithsonian will be September 9.

Head shot of Maggie StoneStone began her career with the Smithsonian at the American Art Museum before moving to the Consortia. She joined the Office of Planning, Management and Budget in 2016, where she immediately undertook a major update to SD 323 and the related Use of Funds Handbook.

Going forward, questions about SD 323 should be directed to Richard Haas, Director for Trust Resources at haasr@si.edu or 202-633-6216. “Maggie will be greatly missed within OPMB and across the Institution,” Haas said. “Please join me in congratulating Maggie as she begins this new phase in her career.”
