Go Gold Physical Activity Challenge has begun!

The benefits of walking

Raul de Leon, Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute

Raul De Leon (Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute) is getting ready for the Ironman Manta, Ecuador, in 2 weeks.  Here is a picture of Raul crossing the finish line at the Ironman World Championship in Nice, France, in 2023.  He states, “It’s never too late to be what you could have been.  Dedicate time to your health, which is the most important thing.  Register for the challenge, and you will realize that it is not difficult to take that first step.”
