    • Hello. I wanted to watch the webcast of the All-Staff Meeting but was told that I could not because of “restrictions”. Are SI alumni allowed to watch this? Just wondering.

Always enjoy The Torch, a good way of keeping up with news of ‘the old gang”. I was very sorry to read of Thor’s passing … a true gentleman and great guy.

      Best wishes,

      • Hi Dave–
Occasionally, public meetings and significant events are webcast live on our public website, si.edu, but All-Staff meetings are webcast and archived on our internal intranet only, so unfortunately, unless you have access to our internal network, you won’t be able to access the archives.

We were all sorry to hear of Thor’s passing. A memorial service is planned at the Natural History Museum June 1 at 3:00 p.m. for those who knew him.
Thank you for your comment and thanks for reading!
