Dedicated and Celebrated: Smithsonian Volunteer Appreciation 2018
Party girl Kris Hamilton takes a whirlwind tour of volunteer appreciation events around the Smithsonian.
What a great few months of celebration! Every year, volunteer coordinators and managers say thank you to their volunteers with a variety of enrichments opportunities, tokens of appreciation and special events and this year everyone worked hard to show volunteers how much we value their hard work and dedication.
Let’s see how volunteers across the Smithsonian celebrated!
At the National Museum of the American Indian in New York – volunteer coordinator Spirit Trickey and her volunteers celebrated with a colorful evening food and fun!
